NewHero is a generative media studio. All content published by NewHero involves the use of generative artificial intelligence tools as part of the creative process. This includes but is not limited to:

• Story development and writing
• Visual asset generation
• Audio production
• Editorial illustration
• Character design

We use AI as a creative tool within an authored framework. Stories are conceived, directed, and refined by human creators. AI assists in execution and exploration of creative possibilities.

Intellectual Property

All content published under the NewHero brand is owned and controlled by NewHero. We maintain creative and editorial control over all published works regardless of the tools used in their creation.

We believe in transparency about our process. This disclosure page serves as blanket notice that AI tools are fundamental to our creative process. Individual works may include additional specific disclosures about techniques or tools used.
